1. Acceptance

Using this site means you accept these terms. XMENSBD may update them at any time; changes take effect when posted here.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT. We may cancel and fully refund an order if stock runs out or a price is clearly wrong. Our team may call to verify an order before it is confirmed.

3. Payment

We accept cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and cards. Online payments are completed on our payment partner's secure gateway; we never store your card or PIN.

4. Delivery

Usually 24–48 hours inside Dhaka and 3–5 working days outside Dhaka. Weather, strikes or courier delays can extend this.

5. Colour and fit

Colours can vary slightly between screens. Please follow the size chart on each product page.

6. Intellectual property

The XMENSBD name, logo, designs and photography belong to us and may not be used without written permission.

7. Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Governing law

The laws of Bangladesh apply; disputes are settled in the courts of Dhaka.
